Website Pricing
The pricing listed on the plans page reflects typical rates.
Scope changes may affect cost.
Dynamic websites go into the "custom website" category and are all quote-based.
Static websites: Websites where visitors can read information.
Examples: Portfolio, local business, brochure website.
Dynamic websites: Websites where visitors can read and submit information.
Examples: Online shop, login system, submitting comments, CMS integration.
Fast Build Plan
Our Fast Build Plan means a faster development process for a complete website in just three weeks. Exceptions to this include:
The Fast Build Plan only applies for static websites, such as the 3-5 page website and single-page website shown on our pricing page.
With a stronger focus on efficiency and results, our Fast Build Plan allows for faster development, while potentially compromising SEO and visual flair.
Website Requests
We reserve the right to decline website requests without providing a reason.
We are not associated with and do not create websites that violate the following restrictions:
• Websites that promote or glorify politics, inequality, religion, or violence. • Websites that include false information, hate speech, or inappropriate content. • Websites that are unsuitable for young people to read.
1. If the client chooses to disregard these restrictions after development, we reserve the right to withdraw attribution and terminate ongoing services.
2. If it is discovered that one of the restrictions is being violated during the development of the website, we may enforce an automatic cancellation. (See Cancellations)
Payment Terms
Before development, we may ask for a £50 deposit. This is deducted from the final cost.
Cancellations
If a client cancels during development, the deposit is non-refundable, as development work incurs costs from the outset.
Website Ownership
Upon full payment of the website build fee, ownership of the website design and code is transferred to the client.
The domain name may be registered and managed by Joachim Ford Sites on behalf of the client. The client may request transfer of the domain into their own name at any time.
Website Management
We reserve the right to credit ourselves on websites we build.
As part of ongoing hosting and maintenance, we may carry out minor updates and improvements that do not affect functionality of the website.
Content
We are not responsible for losses arising from use of the website.
All website content supplied by the client is the client's responsibility.
Joachim Ford Sites
Regarding "sites.joachimford.uk", all content, designs, layouts, concepts, and any other intellectual property on this website are owned exclusively by us. Any use, reproduction, or adaptation of these elements, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without our express written permission.
Third-party assets (such as fonts) are used under free commercial-use licenses and remain the property of their respective owners.
